Here, you’ll find all the information regarding our recruitment.

We listed the dates for our timeline, available positions, general requirements to join and an FAQ section for any questions you may have!

Divisions

Get to hands-on mentor our teaching sessions or design and curate our curriculum matrix.

Open positions include curriculum developer and mentor.

Spearhead fundraising events, expand partner network, strategize growth potentials, and plan for GenD get togethers.

Open positions include: representatives and strategist.

Advocate digital literacy content and publicize our events.

Open positions: graphic designer, video editor, PRO, manager, content writer, and creator, website developer

Interview

We will evaluate your application and conduct an interview with you

Internship

If you pass the interview stage, you will intern for 1 month for the final assessment

Recruited

Once you have passed your internship you are now officially recruited into GenDigital

What are the requirements?

Preferably in Grade 8 to 12 Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia Able to dedicate a minimum of 6 months to the organization Passionate about our cause Communicate openly with team members Eager to work alongside diverse individuals

Will members be paid?

This opportunity is unpaid, however being one will welcome you with opportunities, experience and knowledge that will be useful for the long-run!
WFH or WFO?

You will be working remotely from their individual places! Most meetings and projects will be held online, but if some events are not, it will not be mandatory for you guys to join.
